- Summer Rates: $1000.00 for a 5 hour time slot, each additional hour adds $150.00
- Winter Rates: (October, November, January, February, March and April) $700.00 for a 5 hour time slot.
- Rental fee includes tables, chairs and seating linens for up to 125 guests.
Additional rental items available.
- Set up and breakdown are done before and after the 5 hour period.
