FAQ

Floor Plan/Square Footage:  There is close to 3100 total square feet to use in whatever way makes your event fit your needs.  Download the floor plan here.
 
Capacity: The venue can seat up to 180 people or up to 200 standing.
 
Catering:  The Upper Crust Catering is the exclusive caterer we are partnered with and as such is more than happy to provide a proposal for your event but you can bring your own home prepared food as well.  Unfortunately we can't provide heating for your food if you need to reheat something.
 
Service: If you decide not to do catering with The Upper Crust Catering then we request that you hire one of our banquet managers to facilitate the venue throughout the event.  If you prefer to hire no banquet manager then we request a damage /cleaning deposit of $300.
 
Bar: We do not provide alcohol, but we can supply a bartender at your request.
 
Sound: Currently our venue is setup to facilitate outside DJ's who bring in their own sound equipment.
 

Rates

Summer Rates:

$1000.00 for a 5 hour time slot, each additional hour adds $150.00

 Non-Holiday Winter Rates:

(Oct., Nov., Jan., Feb., Mar. and Apr.) $700.00 for a 5 hour time slot.

Rental fee includes tables and chairs for up to 125 guests. Many additional rental items available. Set up and breakdown are done before and after the 5 hour period.
